1. Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment required. No credit card needed. Just sign up and explore the full product.
- Your trial ends quietly — we send you a reminder 2 days before it expires.
- If you choose not to upgrade, your account simply stops and you are charged nothing.
- There is no automatic charge at the end of the trial.
2. Monthly Plans
Monthly plans offer complete flexibility.
- Cancel at any time directly from your account settings — no need to contact us.
- We do not issue refunds for the current billing month. You keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
- There are no cancellation fees or penalties of any kind.
3. Yearly Plans
Yearly plans come with our strongest refund guarantee.
- Within 30 days of purchase: full refund, no questions asked.
- After 30 days: prorated refund for the unused months remaining in your plan.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
Example
If you purchase a yearly plan and cancel after 4 months, you will receive a refund for the remaining 8 months. The 4 months you used are charged at the monthly equivalent rate.
4. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward:
- Email billing@brihatbooks.in with the subject line “Refund Request — [your registered phone number]”.
- Include your account phone number. A reason is optional but appreciated.
- We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and let you know the refund amount and timeline.
5. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, here is how long it takes to reach you:
- Refunds are initiated within 7 business days of approval.
- The amount is credited to your original payment method.
- UPI refunds: typically 1–2 business days after initiation.
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5–7 business days after initiation, depending on your bank.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please email billing@brihatbooks.in and we will investigate.
